Chef Paz is Panamanian with Spanish roots. He moved with his family to Austin, Texas in 2002 and has become an institution in the Austin community, making paella his specialty and winning the Austin Paella Cook-Off three times. He has won over his clients' kitchens with these wonderful products — part of the great culinary and family heritage that runs in his veins.
